Refund

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

  • All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the OTT tags attached to them and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Items from (made to order) section are made specially for the client hence they are exempted from refunds and returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ; info@byott.com.

Damaged/defective items:

If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team so that they can help resolve the issue. OTT reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return. All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

Non refundable :

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • When shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Store credit and exchange are available for 60 days ( from the day we receive the return item )

Any orders placed must pass payment processing network's address, name, and phone number verification. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction we deem fraudulent

PayPal
When paying by PayPal, OTT reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. OTT reserves the right to deny any purchase. Your PayPal account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. The currency used is Dollars for all countries except for Sweden (SEK), Denmark (DKK) and the UK (British pound/£).
